Hello! My name is Brenda Knight

I am a Registered Psychologist in Vancouver providing mental health care to adolescents and adults who live in British Columbia.

For four decades I have been working as a psychologist in private practice after several years working in agencies and institutions providing psychological assessment and treatment to individuals and children with unique needs. In addition, as a counselling psychologist, I have valued and enjoyed providing care to people of all ages coping with complex mental health concerns. 

I am pleased to continue offering virtual and telephone consultations and counselling to hearing and deaf adults (ASL) who are seeking experienced, compassionate and empathetic  care related to life adjustments such as:

• Relationship and Communication         

• Depression and Anxiety 

• Grief and Loss

• Adoption

• Aging and Caregiving

• Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (Parents and Adults)

• History of sexual, emotional, and physical trauma

• Work stress

In addition, I am recognized internationally as a Specialist in Mental Health and FASD offering individual  and parent/caregiver counselling, consultation and training for professionals.
